(1) The information provided in this document relates to the collection of personal data in connection with the use of this website. Personal data is any information that can be directly or indirectly linked to you, such as name, address, email addresses and user behaviour.

(2) The data controller as defined in Article 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) is Skånekraft AB, hereinafter referred to as the ”Company”. You can contact the data protection officer at the Company by emailing info@skanekraft.se.

(3) When you contact us by e-mail or through our contact form, we store the personal data you provide us with (e-mail address, name and telephone number if you have provided it). The personal data is stored so that we can answer your questions. When we no longer need personal data, we will delete or restrict the processing of the personal data in case we need to keep the data due to legal requirements.

(4) If we use external service providers to ensure the proper functioning of the website or if we want to use your personal data for advertising purposes, we will inform you of this and of the period for which the data will be stored.

(2) You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority regarding our processing of your personal data.

§ 3 Collection of personal data when you visit our website

(1) If you simply use our website without registering or sending us any information, we only collect the personal data that your browser sends to our servers. To enable you to access our website, we collect the following information about you. - Language and version of browser software

(2) In addition to the data listed above, cookies are also stored on your computer when you use our website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard drive by your browser in such a way that certain information is sent to the place where a cookie is set (in this case by us). Cookies cannot run programs or transmit viruses to your computer, they only improve and streamline your user experience.

(3) Use of cookies & pixels:

a) We use cookies on our website to collect visitor statistics, for advertising purposes and to improve your experience on our website. If necessary, we may update this information from time to time. We recommend that you visit this page regularly to get the latest information about the cookies we use on our website.

If you have a user account with us, we also use cookies to recognise you when you revisit our website so that you do not have to log in each time you visit.

A cookie is a small file of letters and numbers that is placed on your device when you visit our website. Unless you have adjusted your browser settings so that the browser does not allow cookies, cookies will be placed on your device as soon as you visit our website. There are two types of cookies, the type of cookie is determined by the time the cookie is stored on your device. The two types of cookies are: permanent cookies and temporary cookies (so-called session cookies). In addition, first-party cookies (our domain) are different from third-party cookies.

Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a certain set expiry date. The time it takes for the cookie to be deleted varies depending on the purpose of the cookie. You can delete cookies at any time by going to the security settings of your browser.

Temporary cookies are placed temporarily on your computer when you visit the website. These cookies are then sent between your computer and the server while you are visiting the website and are deleted as soon as you close your browser. Temporary cookies save your so-called session ID, which means that your computer can be recognised when you return to the website.

Flash cookies used on the website are not stored by your browser but by your Flash plug-in. We also use HTML5 object storage which is saved locally on your device. The objects are used to store the necessary data regardless of the browser you use and have no automatic expiry date. If you do not want us to process Flash cookies, you need to install an add-on e.g. ”Better Privacy” for Mozilla Firefox (https://addons.mozilla.org/de/firefox/addon/betterprivacy/) or Adobe's Flash Killer Cookie for Google Chrome. You can prevent the use of HTML5 object storage by changing your browser settings to secret mode. We also recommend that you delete cookies and clear your browser history on a regular basis.

First-party cookies are placed by the website you are visiting (e.g. cookies placed by our domain for the optimal use of our site).

Third-party cookies are cookies that are placed on your computer by a domain other than that of the website you are visiting. If you visit a website and a cookie from a domain other than the one you are visiting is placed on your computer, this is a third-party cookie.

Our website uses several third-party services that sometimes use cookies (”third-party cookies”). The purpose of these services is to provide targeted advertising based on your interests, previous purchases and visits to the website. We also use these services to better evaluate advertising campaigns and obtain visitor and purchase statistics on our website. In the context of these services, we only work with pseudonymised data; de-identified information about you (i.e. your name or email address) is not stored in these cookies or pixels.

Information from these third-party cookies and pixels may also be shared with other companies within the Fenix Outdoor Group for analysis and statistical purposes, but may also be used to display advertising from other companies within the Fenix Outdoor Group that we believe may be relevant to you. For more information about which companies are part of the group, read more at www.fenixoutdoor.se

b) your consent:

By setting your browser to accept cookies and visiting our website, you consent to our and our service providers' use of cookies on this website.

c) Can I withdraw my consent?

Yes, you can. If you wish to withdraw your consent, you will need to delete the cookies stored on your device in your browser settings. In addition, if you want to prevent cookies from being stored on your device, you will need to change your browser settings to disable cookies. Please note, however, that if you choose to disable cookies, the website may not function properly or at all.

§ 4 Other features and offers on our website

(1) In addition to the purely informal use of our website, we also offer a number of different services that you can use if you wish. To use these services, you generally have to provide us with personal data which we then use to provide the service. The provision of the service is subject to the principles of personal data management that we have outlined above.

(2) We may use external service providers to process your personal data. These service providers have been carefully selected and are bound by our instructions for handling your personal data. We monitor their handling of personal data on a regular basis.

(3) We may also transfer your personal data to third parties in connection with special offers, sweepstakes, end-of-contract or similar services together with partners. You can get more information about this in the offer or when you provide your personal data.

(4) If our service provider or partner operates in a country outside the EU/EEA area, we will inform you of the consequences of this in the description of the offer.

§ 5 Use of our online shop

(1) In the event that you wish to place an order in our webshop, it is necessary that you provide the personal data that we require from you in order for us to process your order under the contract. Mandatory fields for entering into a contract with us are specifically labelled; information that is not specifically labelled is optional. We process the personal data you provide to us in order to process your order and for this purpose we may send your payment details to our bank. The legal basis for this is Article 6 (1) point b GDPR.

If you wish, you can create a customer account. This will store the information you have provided to us so that you do not have to fill it in again for subsequent purchases. When you create an account under ”My Pages”, the personal data you save can be cancelled. You can delete all personal data, including your user account, by contacting customer service.

We may also process personal data that you have provided to us in order to inform you about interesting products in our range or to send you emails with technical information.

(2) Due to civil and tax law, we are required to keep your address, payment details and order details for 10 years. However, we restrict the processing of your personal data after three years so that your personal data is only used to fulfil certain legal requirements.

(3) To prevent unauthorised access to your personal data by third parties, in particular regarding financial data, we encrypt the order process using TLS technology.

§ 6 Newsletter

(1) If you give your consent, you can subscribe to our newsletter. In the newsletter we will inform you about our current offers on our products and services.

(2) When registering for our newsletter, click on the box at the checkout, which can be unticked if you do not wish to receive our newsletter.

(3) The only mandatory information you provide to receive the newsletter is your e-mail address. After you have confirmed your registration, we will store your e-mail address in order to send you the newsletter. The legal basis for the processing is Article 6 (1) point a GDPR.

(4) You can withdraw your consent to receive newsletters and also unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. You can withdraw your consent by clicking on the link provided in each newsletter or by sending a message using the contact details available on our website.

(5) Please note that we evaluate your user behaviour when sending the newsletter. In order to carry out this evaluation, the newsletters contain so-called web beacons or tracking pixels, which display a 1×1 pixel image and are stored on our website. In order to complete the evaluation, we link the files listed in § 3 and the web beacon to your e-mail address and an individual ID. Links in this newsletter also contain this ID. By using the data we receive, we create a user profile to personalise the newsletters based on your interests. To do this, we store information about when you read our newsletter and which links you click on when you are in the newsletter. From this we draw certain conclusions about your interests and link these conclusions to your use of the website.

You can withdraw the tracking at any time by clicking on the link provided in each newsletter or by informing us otherwise. The information is stored as long as you subscribe to the newsletter. After you have logged out of your user account, we only save the data, completely anonymously, for statistical purposes. Tracking is not possible if you set your browser/e-mail reader not to display images by default. In case you have this setting, the newsletter will not be fully displayed and you may not be able to use all the features of the newsletter. If you choose to view the images manually, tracking will start as described above.

§ 7 Withdrawal of consent to our processing of personal data

(1) If you have consented to our processing of your personal data, you may withdraw your consent at any time. Your withdrawal will then affect whether we may process your personal data.

(2) If we base our processing on another legitimate interest, you can withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal data. This is the case if the processing of your personal data is not necessary for the performance of our contract with you, which is always indicated by us in subsequent descriptions of functions. When you exercise your right to withdraw your consent, we may ask you the reason why you no longer want us to process your personal data. In the case of a genuine withdrawal, we will review the situation and either cease or restrict our processing of personal data or explain our reasons for continuing to process your personal data.

(3) You may withdraw your consent to our processing of personal data for advertising and analytics purposes at any time. You can inform us of your withdrawal by contacting us by sending a message using the contact details provided in the legal notice.

§ 8 Analysis of the website

(1) This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc (”Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies, i.e. text files that are stored on your computer and allow an analysis of your use of the website. The information about your use of the website generated by the cookie is generally transferred to Google's servers in the USA and stored there. If IP anonymisation is activated for the website, your IP address will first be shortened by Google within the EU/EEA area before it is transferred to the USA, which means that it will not be possible to associate the IP address with you. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to Google's servers in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the Company, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on your website activity and providing other services relating to website activity for the Company.

(2) The IP address transmitted from your browser within Google Analytics is not linked to other Google data.

(3) You can prevent the storage of cookies by making changes to your browser. However, if you do so, you may not be able to use all the features of this website. You can prevent the data collected with a cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) from Google and the processing of that data by Google. You can do this by downloading and installing a plug-in for your browser, which you can download from the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.

(4) This website uses Google Analytics with the extension ”_ anonymiseIp()”. The extension allows IP addresses to be processed in their abbreviated form, which excludes the possibility of linking the IP address to a natural person. Any personalisation of the data collected will therefore be excluded and all personal data will be removed immediately.

(5) We use Google Analytics to analyse your use of our website and to improve the website. We use the statistics obtained from the website to improve our products and make them more interesting for you as a user. For the exceptional cases where personal data is transferred to the United States, we would like to inform you that Google is a member of and complies with the EU-US Privacy Shield. https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework. The legal basis for the processing of Google Analytics is Article 6 (1) point f GDPR.

(6) Third party information: Google Dublin, Google Ireland LTD, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, Fax: +353 (1) 436 1001. Terms of use: http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/se.html; data protection overview: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=sv,

Data protection policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=sv.

(7) The website also uses Google Analytics to track your traffic across devices through a user ID. You can disable this tracking by clicking on the ”Disable Google tracking” link at the bottom of the website.

(8) We also use cookies for remarketing. Remarketing means interest-based advertising, i.e. your behaviour on our website can be used for targeted advertising on other websites. For this purpose, data from a third-party cookie is currently used:

Doubleclick by Google

Adform

Google Adwords

Facebook

Google Analytics

(9) We use Hotjar to better understand our users' needs and to optimise our website and make it more user-friendly. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users' experience of the website (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click on, what users do and don't like about the website, etc.) and it enables us to improve the website through user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data about users' behaviour and their devices (in particular, device IP address (captured and stored only in anonymised form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographical location (country only), preferred language used to view our website). Hotjar stores this information in a pseudonymised user profile. Neither Hotjar nor we will ever use this information to identify individual users or to match it with additional data about an individual user. For more information, please see Hotjar's privacy policy by clicking on this link.

You can opt out of creating a user profile, Hotjar storing data about your use of our website and Hotjar's use of tracking cookies on other websites by following this opt-out link.

§ 9 Social media

Use of the social media plug-in

(1) We currently use the following double-click social media plug-ins: Facebook, Instagram. This means that in connection with your visit to our website, initially no personal data will be transferred to these service providers. You can recognise the service provider by the mark above the first letters of the provider or by the company logo. We offer you to communicate directly with the service provider through the button on the homepage. The service provider will only be informed that you have opened a corresponding page if you click on the delimited field to activate the plugin. The data listed under § 3 of this data protection policy is also transmitted. With regard to Facebook, your IP address is anonymised immediately after it is collected by them. When a plug-in is activated, your personal data is transferred to the company providing the plug-in and processed there (in the United States in case the provider operates there). As the service provider collects data through cookies, we recommend that you delete all cookies before clicking on the greyish box above the security settings in your browser.

(2) We have no influence over the data collected or how it is collected by the service provider. Nor do we have an overview of the collection of the data, the purpose of the collection or how long it is stored. We also do not know when and how data is removed by the service provider.

(3) The service provider stores data collected about you as a user profile and uses it for marketing, market research and/or demand generation of their website. Such evaluation is done (also for users who are not logged in) to provide demand-side marketing and to inform other users in the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to revoke the creation of such user profile by contacting the respective service provider. Through the plugins, we offer you the possibility to interact with social networks and other users so that we can improve our presence as a website and make the website more interesting for you as a user. The legal basis for the processing of the plugins is Article 6 (1) point f GDPR.

(4) The transfer of data takes place regardless of whether you have a user profile with the service provider and are logged in there. If you are logged in to such a social network, your data is collected through direct contact with the user profile. If you click on the activate button and, for example, link to a website, this information is also stored in your user account and communicated to your contacts. We recommend that you log out of social networks after using them, especially before pressing the activate button if you want to avoid contact with your user profile at the service provider.

(5) You can find more information on the purpose, the data processed and the processing carried out by the service provider in their data protection statement, see below. You can also find more information about your rights in this regard under settings. There you can also change how you want to protect your personal data.

(6) Addresses of the respective service providers and their data protection information can be found below.
