Order
Products can be ordered via the Skånekraft website (www.skanekraft.se), we also accept orders by telephone, e-mail, verbally or by other means of communication. To place an order with Skånekraft AB, the buyer must be 18 years of age or older when the contract is concluded. We reserve the right to refuse orders placed by minors or where we suspect fraud.

We reserve the right to correct any errors in information, errors in specification, on all products in our range. We also reserve the right to correct any errors in product images and product texts.

Guarantee
Skånekraft AB is the responsible distributor of the products sold on the website. All products have an individual warranty period, which can be read about on the specific product page. To claim the right to a warranty, the product must be used in accordance with the instructions for use, incorrect handling is not covered by the warranty. Modification or unprofessional repairs of our products will completely void the product warranty for the product in question, even if the warranty period remains. Our product warranty covers hidden manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover wearable components such as dies, rollers, ignition elements and the like, which means that Skånekraft AB does not accept returns on used wear parts or spare parts, even if the purchase falls within the framework of the Distance Contract Act and fourteen days open purchase. The product warranty is also personalised and linked to the customer who purchased the product from Skånekraft, which means that a used product from Skånekraft is not covered by the product warranty, even if it was acquired within 3 years of the original purchase. The product warranty is cancelled if the company is no longer in business, declared bankrupt or in special situations with reference to Force Majeure.

Capacity
Our machines have a stated capacity per hour, based on the materials intended for the machine in question. Our wood pellet presses are tested with pine sawdust, and our feed presses with whole grain. The capacity should be seen as a guideline and can be both higher and lower than the stated capacity. Therefore, Skånekraft does not take responsibility for the capacity of our machines if they are fed with material that deviates from the recommended material.

Payment
Vi erbjuder flera olika betalningsalternativ genom tjänsten Klarna, Stripe. Med Klarna kan du betala mot faktura, med kort eller Swish. Betalsättet omfattar privatpersoner. För företag gäller kortbetalning eller utställd faktura mot förskottsbetalning.

Right of cancellation and return
If you are a private individual, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the delivery date under the Distance Contracts Act. The right of cancellation is without consideration. However, the customer always pays return shipping. In order for us to approve a return without charging compensation for loss of value under the Distance Contracts Act, it is required that the product is unused in unbroken original packaging. If the product(s) are returned without the original packaging or in damaged packaging, 25 per cent of the value of the product will be charged as compensation for loss of value. If the goods have been used or put into service, we are legally entitled to charge additional compensation of the value of the goods as depreciation compensation. This amount is deducted from the amount refunded to the customer.

Febooking
If an item is not in stock, it can be pre-booked. This gives you as a customer guaranteed delivery when the item arrives at our warehouse. Often, but not always, pre-booking is combined with a reduced product price. When the item is back in stock, the product returns to its regular price. When pre-booking with Klarna, the purchase will not be charged until the item has reached our warehouse and been delivered to the customer. However, if a pre-booking is made with card payment, the purchase will be charged immediately. In the event of a cancelled purchase or the desire to cancel the pre-booking, the amount will be refunded to the customer within 7 working days. This assumes that the goods have not been delivered to the customer, in which case the conditions in the above paragraph “Right of cancellation and return” apply.

Behov och drift
Det åligger kunden att försäkra sig om att kunden har rätt förutsättningar för att driva produkten. Skånekraft AB accepterar inte returer som går utanför den lagstadgade ångerrätten för privatpersoner (enligt distansavtalslagen), baserat på att kunden köpt en maskin med högre amperebehov än vad kundens situation tillåter. Vid frågor före köp bistår Skånekraft AB gärna med rådgivning kring produkternas prestanda och elbehov.

Delivery and shipping

General
All goods that are in stock are delivered immediately to the customer with the chosen shipping method. If the product is not in stock, it is backordered and delivered to the customer directly when it arrives in our warehouse. We always inform you if the product(s) are not in stock. Either on the current product page on the website (skanekraft.se) or by direct contact with the customer.

Delivery time
Delivery time is between 2-5 working days. For out-of-stock or made-to-order products, please see specific product page for more information.

Shipping fee
We offer free home delivery throughout Scandinavia, delivery is usually through DB Schenker. For returns, the customer pays the return freight. For goods that cannot be delivered due to the freight company not being able to contact the customer (undelivered goods), the customer is charged the freight cost, the return freight cost and a fixed administration fee of SEK 650 excl. In the event of delayed or delayed contact, storage rent (per day) can be charged from the freight company, that cost is charged to the customer, including an administration fee of SEK 350.

Handling of personal data
By registering for Skånekraft's newsletter and/or ordering goods from our range, you agree that Skånekraft uses information about your purchases and the contact details you provide. This means that, unless you dispute this in writing, we may use your personal information to contact you via email, newsletter, direct marketing or market research. We do not sell or transfer personal data or customer details to third parties.

Dispute
In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board. Contact ARN by visiting their website https://www.arn.se/ or send an e-mail to arn@arn.se. You can also call ARN on 08-508 860 00.

Force Majeure
Events such as war, natural disaster, pandemic, government decisions, costly circumstances and similar events beyond our control, which could not be foreseen, shall be referred to force majeure, which means that Skånekraft AB is released from its obligations to fulfil agreements entered into.

Privacy policy & cookies
Skånekraft uses so-called session cookies, which are a temporary file that is only saved in the browser. We use session cookies to be able to see how our visitors move around the site, collect demographic data and to identify any problems. Other
Skånekraft AB reserves the right to change all information without prior notice. Furthermore, Skånekraft AB reserves the right to cancel orders for products with reference to, for example, expensive circumstances or non-delivery/missing parts from suppliers or similar.
