Our history
Skånekraft was founded as a family business based on the plains of Skåne, we started with the vision of making small-scale pellet production more accessible to ordinary people. Something that has become more relevant than ever recently.
Today, we are Sweden's leading player when it comes to equipment for small-scale pellet production. We are also very proud of our customer satisfaction. This means that you as a customer can feel confident that you can always get qualified help with your equipment, whether it is about replacing a spare part or getting started with your pellet production. We know pelleting and our machines inside out, and perform all service on site in Södra Sandby outside Lund.

As a Skåne-based company, we can provide support, service and consultation that is both faster and more technically qualified than any foreign competitor can.
Over the years, we have provided universities, feed manufacturers, pellet factories and EU projects with both expertise and equipment for pelletisation.
Over the years, we have helped customers such as the University of Copenhagen, Boliden AB, Tetrapak AB, Chalmers University of Technology, the Swedish Research Institute - RISE, Zoégas, etc. In addition to these, somewhat more well-known companies and organisations, we have of course also supplied hundreds of farmers, forest owners and small producers with our machines.
Yes, all our products you can find on the website are stocked, checked, quality assured and finally shipped out from our warehouse in Södra Sandby in Skåne. We do not work with so-called dropshipping.
Of course you can! As a private individual, you have a 14-day open purchase period under the Distance Contracts Act. Read more about how to proceed in our Terms.
We offer our customers unlimited telephone support and of course all telephone support is free of charge, anything else would be madness. For us, the most important thing is that you are satisfied with your product from Skånekraft and that it works optimally for your particular purposes. If you live in Skåne, we can also come out and help you on site free of charge.
In principle, we ship all our products on pallets with DB Schenker, which delivers to your home. The goods are delivered to the property boundary. DB Schenker will contact you to plan a delivery time that suits you. You can also track the goods with the consignment number all the way from us to you.
If the item is in stock, the delivery time is about a week, depending on where in Sweden you live. Usually it is faster.
If you wish to order a pellet press with a different pellet diameter than the standard 6 mm, we will install the desired matrix for you, this service is of course free of charge and is a much more economical solution than having to buy another matrix in the desired size.
The service is offered if we have your desired matrix in stock at the time of purchase. Please contact us before purchase so we can provide the status of stock.
We will assist you if any part needs replacing. During the warranty period, you are of course covered by the product warranty if the damage or fault not caused by mishandling of the product. If it turns out that the fault/damage is due to incorrect handling or that your product warranty has expired, we will provide spare parts at cost price. These are usually small sums. Dies and rollers are not considered spare parts but consumables, so they are not covered by the product warranty.
We offer payment with Klarna (card, invoice, direct payment and instalment) and card payment with Stripe. Klarna offers secure payments that allow you to receive your order before you pay the invoice. In addition, you can choose to split the payment through Klarna.
