Matrix 120 mm (4 mm)

High quality replacement die made of hardened steel for high heat resistance and resistance to mechanical wear. All pellet presses from Skånekraft come mounted with a 6 mm matrix as standard. However, we offer loose dies for our pellet presses, either as spare parts or to simply adjust the diameter of the pellets produced. This die has an estimated lifetime for the production of between 1800-3000 kilos of finished pellets, i.e. around 300 hours. Note that the production rate decreases slightly at this diameter.

Please note that this matrix only fits Skånekraft pellet presses. We do not supply spare parts for other brands.
